Wind easterly 10 to 20 knots except northwest 30 to 40 northwest of Estevan
Point. Wind increasing to northwest 15 to 25 this morning then diminishing
to 5 to 15 this afternoon. Wind increasing to southeast 20 to 30 early this
evening then becoming westerly 15 to 25 overnight. Wind becoming southeast
20 to 30 Monday evening.
